Paul Lamonia

Vice President, Marketing

Paul Lamonia joined Spectrum in 1997 as Vice President of Marketing after 28 years of experience in business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing with a variety of leading packaged goods manufacturers. His Marketing efforts have earned him a Gold Effie and a Silver Effie from the American Marketing Association for brand growth, and he has also won numerous awards for packaging and trade advertising.

Paul’s overall objective for Spectrum’s clients is to maximize the return on investment of the Marketing programs using creative solutions to reach the target audiences.

At Spectrum, Paul has been leading the Marketing programs for the IRS Tax Talk Today® Internet broadcasting program. The marketing program has covered brand development, advertising, public relations, sponsorship programs, market research, email opinion surveys, and brochure development. The success of the program can be measured in the program awareness and continuing growth of the viewership audience.

Paul also developed the marketing plan covering advertising, PR, and a sponsorship program for the Final Approvals website. A complete Brand Building marketing plan for DISA/ACQ (Defense Information Systems Agency) was also developed.

He has created and launched a marketing program for the DOJ Office of Community Policing Oriented Services (COPS) that established the DOJConnect.com branded website. The program included building awareness and gaining registered viewers for all webcasts.

Paul has a Bachelor of Business degree from Western Illinois University and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.
